What are the best TV shows with a Female lead?

I loved Buffy the Vampire slayer (BTVS) for the longest time, its still my favorite show of all time.
I loved Veronica Mars.
I kind of like Bones
in plain sight
samantha who
saving grace
Sex in the city
True blood

Are there other current great TV shows with a female lead? Most shows have a male lead characters.
I haven't really found a really great tv show that I love since BTVS with a female main character.
I have to say I like Drama's the best, but I'm kind of sick of most cop shows. They have a million cop shows, none are really very original.
 
trust me, charmed, 3 female leads, 3 witches, 1 great show, ran for 8 years, longer than buffy..

what i like about you - (Amanda Bynes) its really hilarious, and not a kid show becuase of amanda bynes

and roseanne - (roseanne barr) suuuuuuper funny! MY favorite show of all time! and friends too, that show has 3 female leads and 3 male leads
