It's our first house and my husband and I have been given a fantastic opportunity to build on a plot of land that is 23sq metres. The garden will roughly measure 23m x 8m. The ground is very bumpy as it was once used as a paddock for ducks and chickens. The build hasn't started yet so I want to wait until the madness is over before I even start planting anything but just wanted to get inspired! I would like to plant a cherry tree because they look so pretty at this time of year. We already have a chestnut tree, a grape vine and a few laurels growing near the fence but I wanted some ideas on pretty flowers, fruit & veg and nice trees to have in the garden. I would appreciate your help!
