What are the best RPG on the Playstation 2?

I'm planning on buying a used PS2 and was wondering what are the best RPG for the system, thanks!
 
Fave turn-based RPG - Dragon Quest 8 - Journey of the Cursed King. This game is brilliant. It has a great and sometimes humorous storyline, lovely cel-shaded graphics, and the ability to create different weapons, armor, and items using the "alchemy pot".

Fave action RPG - Dark Cloud 2. This game has a targeting system similar to Legend of Zelda, a fun battle system, the ability to invent items, fun minigames, and a good story.

I highly recommend both of these PS2 RPGs.
