What are the best programs/websites to download movies/TV shows for free?

I'm always hearing guys at work saying they illegally downloaded a movie off the internet while it's still playing in theatres, or downloaded a whole season of their favourite TV show for free. I have Limewire on my computer, but it doesn't seem to find me much more than a few short video clips, instead of whole show or movie. I downloaded BitTorrent because it seems to be popular, but it's confusing to use and I don't understand how to find videos with it. I wanna get on the bandwagon and get free TV shows and movies like everyone else. Can anyone help me out?
 
W8 a minute.i have utorrent & truly simple.just use some sites like sumotorrent & kickasstorrent.
search your video,look for healthiest torrents and numbers of seed & leechs(peers).
seeds are users who have it completely & leechs have just part of it.
open it in your torrent app & enjoy.

Only those prepared to risk their computer (virus and other infections) and their Internet connection (illegal downloads detected by their ISP) involve themselves in illegal downloads.
I think your "everyone else" is a gross exaggeration
