What are the best plays to get your Guards open shots on College Hoops 2k8 for Xbox 360?

Yeah obviously I am not a basketball expert, just a casual fan and its the first basketball game I have played since like NCAA March Madness 2005. I use the Motion offense right now, but I don't really care if I have to change it. Thanks.
