I'm ADHD in college and am trying to get organized and used a Samsung i760 the past two years with microsoft's mobile OS with outlook and synchronized it with my computer to help stay organized. I just got the motorola droid and am trying to get use to google calendar/tasks ect. However I need alarms/buzzers or reminders to keep me on task since I get distracted on the internet very easily. Any tips or suggestions? As a side question how do you fight internet addiction and stay on task with ADHD?
