What are the best IT universities in southern California?

You won't find a reputable university which gives an entire degree called "Network Security", I'm afraid. Look at the CSUs and UCs to see what kinds of specialization they offer in their Computer Science and Information Technology classes instead. Trade schools tend to give degrees names which match up specifically with job titles, as you have found, but colleges and universities, for the most part, have broader degree names (and teach broader subject matters) so that you aren't subject to the whims of the marketplace quite so much.
 
I am desperately looking for a really good Information Technology college in southern CA. I want to specialize in Network Security, and I cannot find any college that has this program. So far I can only find private schools such as ITT tech, Devry, coleman, etc. I am looking for a good public university. I have spent hours and days looking, and I cannot find anything, please help me. Thank You.
