what are the best excercizes for building for arms, chest, and biceps?

If you have some advise on good way's to isolate and efficientally build these muscels that would be helpful:)
 
i love the sarcasm below me LOL. anyway, chest, do bench press, incline press and decline press, but use dumbbells and no barbells. dumbbells isolate much better and work out both sides more evenly. triceps and biceps, your best bet is to do dips for your tri's, and curl ups for your biceps. good luck!
