I love to jog through the park in the early morning, but now it's getting quite cold. In terms of health benefits, is it better to wear long sweats to keep warm, or a long-sleeved shirt, when doing a cardio workout in the cold? I hate over-dressing, and then getting too hot and having to jog while carrying a sweatshirt. But, when I first start out I definitely need to wear something a bit warm...
