I have Verizon right now but the recent $3 charge they've added to people who pay bills in cash is making me rethink about what Cell Phone carrier I want to go with when I get my upgrade this May. They have more choices in smart phones and blackberries than regular phones and I want a regular phone. Could anyone please tell me what the best cell phone carrier is in PA?
