What camera, or specifications, or brand that is best for photography beginners? Price between $100-300.
I really want to get into photography and i have been taking mediocre pictures for a few years now. My camera now is only 6 mega pixels. At the moment i am only using the camera to learn angles. Now i would like to get a higher resolution camera to really start off. What are some that you know of that are cheap enough for my budget, and good for beginners?

That is NOT a lot of money. Your choices are very limited

I have news for you.
Good news: Better camera will NOT make you better images.
Bad news: better photographer will take better images.
Translation: You need to improve your photographic skills.

News Flash: I use 6 mp digital camera for weddings. The camera is NOT important as much as the photographer.

Many of the canon G series are excellent camera to experiment and learn. Some of the S series are also excellent. I've owned 3 G series and 1 S series. They are NOT cheap. So buy it used from KEH.com or from Ebay. I got mine (Canons S3) from ebay for $200 when it was going for $400 new).

I also use Nikon DSLR. They are way more expensive than what you want to spend (even with the lens). But you might find a deal in KEH.com in used dept.

Good luck...
