Im looking for a great healthy balanced diet. Im not trying to lose weight or anything.. i just want to be healthy!! im sick of all this processed food crap and I go shop at health food stores all the time. But What is just basic foods I can eat EVERYDAY in different ways to keep a good, healthy, all natural diet. Could you include the best fruits, veggies, grains, proteins, as well as food i can buy in bags and cans and what not but are still all natural?? like some kind of very good bread or granola or anything!
