I am a 16 year old who passed the CHSPE and am in Community College and am intrested in why something like the CHSPE is not the normal or "PLAN A" type of graduation - atleast in California.
I, when in High School, was THE Single Best Test Passer in my grade level...Atleast a 10-point difference between the best score among my classmates and I; EVEN in easy tests like the STAR-Tests. But, I had trouble passing classes because I find there to be flaws in the way we are graded.
I find a grade is not based on merit, but instead on something the teacher selects. So, I wonder if you agree that the normal school SHOULD be something that basically prepares you for a national level Graduation test; kinda like the SAT or ACT, just officially. Accredidation in schools would then be renovated and measured more easily also...So, what do you think?, Agree or Disagree? And what would be unfavorable arguments?
