What are the approx business costs associated with running a small fitness centre?

For my study I need to pretend I'm about to run a fitness centre - mostly focused on personal training but also having one or two group fitness classes to begin with. I need to find out start up costs,stock costs and how much I need for working capital. I'm going to lease a place out. Has anyone got any ideas of what costs are involved? I live in Australia.
