My mom and I have picked up a huge bag of rice, and have only now realized that we have no idea what spices and herbs go well with rice.
I know how to cook rice, but that's about it. Any recipe suggestions? I'd like to do without a lot of sauces and things, and focus more on a pilaf or saffron rice or something.
