I was looking at purchasing either the EF 70-200mm f/4L or the EF 70-200mm f/4L IS (of course, for my Canon DSLR). As you can see, the only difference between the two is that one has IS, the other doesn't. I wanted to spend less money and buy the non-IS version and just compensate for it. What are some ways I could do that?
Another question, is image stabilization really worth an extra $600 (in the case of these two lenses)?
