My dad told me how when he was younger he read a book called something like alpha thinking and did it, and to start off they would just imagine colors and such and then eventually a tv or movie screen. He said that one time a giant eyeball randomly floated in front of the screen which he found out later in the book is common and is the 3rd eye, any links to sites or suggestions on how to do this?
