I got a huge package of frozen spinach at Sam's Club a while ago...I tried making it a few times by boiling it in water, draining and then sauteing it in olive oil and garlic...but it tasted horrible!!! It tasted like soggy hay! Gross...

Is there anything I can do to make it taste better...I don't want it to taste like hay...I'm not a horse and I hardly ever eat vegetables so I'm not used to them as it is...As long as you give me a nice easy way to cook it (please let it remain healthy because this is why I'm trying to eat the spinach - I don't want something 90% fat 10% spinach) that is tasty, I would really appreciate it!!!

First properly defrost the spinach by directions or by running it under COLD WATER.

Drain.

Easy Spinach stir fry.
Heat pan on medium. Add a little olive oil.
Add a few cloves of chopped garlic.
Add spinach.
Add some soy sauce.
Fry until tender/crispy.However you like lol.

Then if you want some hot sauce!

I usually like this best with fresh Vietnamese spinach.
