What are some summer fashion and hair trends for teens?

What is "in" right now that doesn't cost a lot. I'm just looking for little changes that could impact my look pretty much.
I am pretty skinny, and about 5'6. My hair is very dirty blond. I'm especially looking for a beach wave sort of look. Thanks a lot!!!
 
soffe shorts are really in right now. I would take a cotton t shirt with something on it that you like and take a colored soffe short and flip flops. for your beach wave do this:


Take a shower and make your hair kinda damp with your towel. then take some gel and scrunch your hair. It works! I tried it before. another hair style is the bun on top of your head. make it messy! it looks much better. a lot of teens also have pre wrap
 
Straight across bangs are "in" for more high fashion people, I guess you could say. Most teens I know have either straight across bangs or side swept bangs, and their hair is either straight or wavy and like 5 inches past shoulder length.
