what are some sports that are a full body workouts?

Basketball and swimming are great cardio! If you want to build something other than your heart, nothing beats weight training. But, begin slow, if you haven't worked out in awhile. This helps prevent overtraining and fatigue.
 
Swimming is an overall body workout, it uses every aspect of your body as does wrestling.

Swimming - Arms and Legs propel you forward, abs allow for more fluid movements
Wrestling - Leg shots, Throws, Odd positions.

These are both great for maintaining fitness.
