What are some SPECIAL items for camp?

What are some things i can bring to camp that might be smart to bring like no one else would think of bringing it,ps the camp is for a week
 
follow these guide lines
1. shelter
2. water
3. light & fire
4. first aid & Hygiene
5. weapons and tools
6. food
7. maps and navigation
8. repair kit
9. misc

Try and bring some reading material, paper, pens, ipod, drink mix, Extra socks, sleeping mat, pillow, 22 rifle or 12ga pump action shotgun for self-defense, hearing protection, boat, rain poncho, cardboard box for storing muddy shoes, sunglasses, jacket, hydration packs/ water bottles, spork, rope, etc

Also make arrangments with someone about where your going to be and when you're coming back, also give them a map and circle where your camping. This way a search party can have a good idea where to start looking.
 
Okay, i have been camping longer than that once so here is MY advice:

A Swiss Army Knife if the camp will let you. This would be very handi in most situations.

Camera for taking pictures of the wilderness and everything else.

If any of your electronic devices you bring on the camp that requires batterys, take a case of batterys. Get the same kind that matches your electronic device. Etc. If a CD player takes AA, take a case of 12 AA.

Any sort of signaling device if you get lost. Etc. Whistle, Mirror, Flashlight.

Always bring more than one of everything you take. Except the unnecessary items. Etc. Mp3 Player, Whistle, Mirror.

Any type of bug spray so you don't get bit by all the mosquitoes and other bugs

Hats and Sunglasses to keep out the sun. If you don't have these items, bring Sunblock. If there is any part of your body that isn't covered or protected by the sun, sunblock it. I would suggest a spray sunblock so you don't get messy hands
