what are some situations in which a net force on an object is 0, but not the torque?

I've thought of a few, but please tell me if I'm wrong.

-Wheel of a bicycle travelling at constant speed: the chain exerts a torque on the wheel, causing rotational motion, but there is no acceleration.

-spool of thread being pulled by a loose thread at a constant speed

-gears: there are equal but opposite forces, but there is rotation

I'm not sure if I understand this concept... please provide a few examples if mine are totally off!
