...environment? for 4 years i barely said a word to this girl.. now she's greeting me.. waving to me... im not sure if those are signals... she also making eye contact but not lowering her eyelids or anything to look mischievous.

I liked a guy in my working place some time ago. I tried to come to him as often as I could, wear my most beautiful clothes (little sexy but not like a slut), try to always smell good and played with him too. If she really likes you, you'll get it, believe me!

Ignore it and just treat her like any other office worker. If she approaches you outside of work then think about it. You have such a limited knowledge of the physical signs of attraction that it would put your job in jeopardy to approach this woman in a work environment.

Well it sounds like she wants to get to know you. I'm sorry to say that you can't jump directly from, ' She wants to get to know me' to 'She wants to be with me'. It could be that she wants to be friends. I think the best thing you should do is wave back, reply, and definitely invite her out for a cup of coffee or lunch or something similar. Try not to get too flirty until you know she is single, though.

Good luck!

if a girl stares at you then it means she's concentrating on you... she's admireing somthing about you... there are somthing she must like about you...

anyway.. offer her a drink somtimes and see from there..

i don't know man! i have the same problem you have, but it's not just one girl! loll
i want to make a move too but what if it doesn't work? that will be a total embarrassment. i suggest you gradually start introducing yourself to her. one day instead of just sayin hello back, ask her how she's doing. next day, find a way to tease her a bit with a little office joke...get the point?
