What are some "routines" I could do on the AB Lounge XL?

I'm not trying to fit in or anything but I am tired of being overweight. I recently lost ten pounds and still losing. But I want to make a physical difference. Some of the stomach "pudge" has gone off in about a day (surprising i know.. i couldn't believe it either). I am using an AB Lounge XL. What are some things I could to to help increase the speed of losing weight using this. I play soccer, I am in the marching band, I do ballet, and aerobics. Any help is for sure appreciated. Thanks in advance. (Easy 10 points!)
