One is that the government does not have the right to tell you when you can and cannot use your cell phone; some feel this crosses the boundaries of the governments power.

It should absolutely be banned. I saw a woman almost run down two kids in a crosswalk this morning, on their way to school.
If someone is having a heart attack that is an emergency, the last thing on the brain at thet moment is how will I fight the ticket that I probably won't get anyway.

The banning of eating, drinking (soft drinks), tuning the radio, scratching your @zs, etc. would be next on the list.
Carefully note that banning stuff doesn't make it go away, it simply increases the prison population.
If we KEEP banning stuff, we will eventually get to something that YOU do, and then YOU can go to jail.
