What are some really good and quick exercises to help tone your legs & tummy?

I'm not looking to loose weight, I am already kind of thin, I just want to tone up my calves, thighs and stomach. And I am not looking for like super fast results, either. Just some little exercises I could do every day before I go to bed that would help improve these areas over time.

Oh, and for calves and thighs, I am particularily looking to tone the inner muscle, if that helps.
