What are some of your computer's little quirks?

Mine takes over 10 minutes to shut down if I shut it down before 11:00 in the morning, but if I were to shut it down at 11:01 it would take less than a minute to shut down.
 
i can use facebook and other sites properly.. and it takes AGES to turn on and finally get to the interwebz, after that it gos pretty fast
