B.While the oil is removed from the beach, it is not necessarily removed from the environment.
C.Cleaning may harm many organisms that are not necessarily threatened by the oil itself.
D. All of these are downsides to oil cleanup.

I got this wrong on my earch science test which one correct?
 
Technically, (D) is the answer.

But (D) is really only the answer if it was an oil company asking the question. No idiot would call cleaning a beach a "downside."
