What are some methods of getting a better and stronger arm in baseball?

Ok Im a baseball player who plays in the outfield. Im good offensively and defensively and my only problem is my arm strength. I have a pretty decent arm, just that I want to get it stronger. Ive searched but like I see many things. There are rotator cuff exercises with light weights for the rotators and idk if thats a method. I know that long toss is a great method but i dont know for how long do I have to long toss to get a stronger arm. Um I also heard that masturbating gives you a better arm but idk if thats a joke. Please help me out. I want to get this arm problem over with. I want to be able to sling the ball so fast that it'll get to hope plate with no bounce or one bounce. What are some effective methods that will help me get a better arm after a while? Im trying to get my arm better before March, since thats when my season starts in high school...soo please please please help me out.
