what are some mean, scary pranks we can do at a swimming pool??

there is girl that none of my friends and me like, and she's gonna have a swimming party next weekend. so we decided to pull some mean pranks on her.... but we can't really think of any good ones!!!!!!!!! so please tell me some scary ones, cuz she hates scary! thanks so much!
 
have a hold ur breath the longest contest and float to the top "dead" that should scare her.

dissapear somewhere. either under a floatie. or around the wall. or underneath the edge of the pool. and grab her legs.
