doing something creative? I also enjoy baking.

Also, if you could name some of the best schools in these fields, that would also be great. I need a life plan here, people!
I also don't want to spend a lot of time in a lab, I'd rather be out doing stuff.
 
Peace Corps, biologist working in Biosphere 2, zoologist, botanist, farmer, the list goes on and on. These are just a few I can think of off the top of my head.
