What are some horror movies that have no supernatural or paranormal elements?

I like watching horror movies, but when there is something supernatural or paranormal, it makes it to scary for me. i can handle something realistic, because you know that if you kill the killer, it is over, they wont come back to life or anything, For example i love the Scream movies. anything like that?

Texas Chainsaw Massacre, remake was good too.
Scream 4 is out/coming out.
Not much new slasher films...
