I will admit my diet is pretty bad. I eat a lot more carbs than I should, and it's not a very well rounded diet. So, what are some ways I could eat a better variety. Or some foods/snacks/meals I should try?
For example, I'm thinking of trying to drink fruit smoothies with no added sugar for breakfast. Or maybe some kind of granola snack, with yogurt? I'm also trying to get on vegetarian diet. Also, what are your suggestions on eating more vegetables? There aren't many I like to eat, and I'm not a HUGE fan of cooked veggies. Help me make them taste better, and keep them healthy?
