I'd perfer it to be dubbed, but usually they're subbed and thats good too! XD
I would like the characters to look good. If they're ugly its hard to stay interested.
And please no super old animes :)

Kaichou wa Maid Sama (one of may favs, and very similar to special A)
Ouran High School Host Club-has dubbs
La Cordo d Oro
Kaze no Stigma (not all that romantic, but there is some)
Blood + (not really romantic until the last episode)

Angel Beats! is pretty good. While it isn't strictly romance, it does play a large role (especially in the latter part of the series). It's not dubbed.

There's also Shuffle!, but it's a bit sillier than Angel Beats! (which, like Clannad, was written by Key VisualArt's). It's also male oriented. There is a dub, but it's pretty horribad. Watch subbed :P
