What are some great Italian restaurants in the USA?

I travel quite a bit, and I enjoy seeing the responses I get. I got some excellent suggestions about pizza in my last one.
 
Olive Garden is really classy and has good food, agreat place to bring a date (or your wife)
Macaroni Grill is another excellent one. Truly great lasagna there.And chocolate cake.
There is another place at the Mall of America, the name escapes me,but they are really great, more authentic than most. (their on the first floor, by Nordstroms I believe)
