Just curious as to some really great posts in the US, and others out there in the world.. I really dont know whats what, I've never been there. Im going to Ft Benning in 2 weeks for training. After that i get an "option" as to where I want to stay. Which ones are full of Infantry units, which ones have awesome scenery, and whats there to do..stuff like that?

Ft. Hood Tx is a great place to go. It is a large post and there is a lot to do there.
Ft. Campbell is a nice place also. It is close to Nashville.
I don't remember the names of the ones in Alaska, but I have heard good things about them also.
Hawaii is supposed to be really good, but also hard to get.
I have always been told that Korea is good for single soldiers.

Well I have never been there but Fort Carson Colorado ..... I have heard nothing but good things about it!
Im currently at Fort Campbell ky i love it here but im also from here. its just 45 min away from nashville and the weather here is awesome.
Japan is a good pick as well my father and father in law have both been there and loved it... thats actually where I am trying to get my husband to pick next time he re enlists
