What are some good windows utilities to convert a sequence of images to a movie?

Ideally I would like something that is freeware, and also something that uses some sort of reasonable compression so the movies aren't super large files.
 
windows movie maker
windows DVD maker
stuff like that..
its real easy and doesnt take up a lot of space
and it should already be on your computer
if not...
