Okay, so I've lived under a rock most of my life (I'm very technologically adept though). I don't know anything politically (I get the gist of how it works, but thats about it.) I figure my best bet is to just start watching cnn and I'd eventually get caught up, but I want to start understanding things about the military, politics, economy, all kinds of freaking things. I need to because my job requires it. I know how to figure out what's happening know, but the present is made by the past. I don't really know of a good way to figure out the all the events that's lead up to the present other than to research a topics randomly.
I understand this a pretty loaded question, but do your best to help me.
