what are some good upcoming xbox 360 games?

i have about 350$ to spend and want to know the best 10 games coming out for the xbox 360.
 
All the good games are coming out in the fall. As always.

Prototype (Already out, the rest will be in the fall)
Halo 3: ODST
Modern Warfare 2
Rockband: Beatles
Mass Effect 2

Just to name a few.
 
There won't be too many I assure you that. According to EA games and a couple of other game makers, the 360 is maxed-out. :-) You can thank microsoft for me.
