I was satisfied with the self-study course that I purchased from Hondros College to prepare for the Life & Health insurance exam, so had planned on getting their Series 6 Self Study Package (http://www.hondros.edu/Securities/SecuritiesOverview/SelfStudy.aspx). I am wondering, though, if it's worth $150 (this includes an exam manual as well as a CompuCram prep CD filled with practice questions and exams, both of which can also be purchased separately but are discounted in the packaged deal).
Does anyone have experience with these products from Hondros, or if not could you recommend any other methods to prepare? Also, if anyone has used a product that they were dissatisfied with, please let me know.
I don't know how much of a difference it will make, but I have a degree in Finance. It's been a while so I'm a little rusty, but things should come back to me pretty quickly once I start studying again.
