What are some good social experiments to do on homophobia, sexism, or bullying?

First of all what topic do you think would be best to do and how do you think I should go about doing them?

For homophobia, I was thinking I would go in public with another female and pretend to be intimate, then make notes of people's reactions.
OR I saw a closed question earlier on hear about a similar topic. The answerer said to get two pictures, one of a flamboyant homosexual guy, the other of a normal looking guy who is actually a criminal. Then ask people, without telling them that the normal looking guy is a criminal, ask which man they would rather spend the day with.

I have no clue what to do for sexism.

For bullying I was thinking just going in public with a friend, and have one person pretend to be a mean person who repeatedly verbally attacks the other. and see if anyone will intervene. Kind of like that show on ABC, "What would you do?"

So any other suggestions on how to do an experiment on these topics (or other interesting topics) would be greatly appreciated.
