what are some good sites where i can post my story?

i wanted to start back up writing and i don't want to post it on fanfictiondotnet just because no one looks there and no one ever updates. my work will just die under all the dust bunnies there! lol.
so if you have a site i can post my fanfiction in i would love to work something out.

i tried freewebs, but there's just no way of getting a sublink in a main link. trust me i've tried everything. and a forum is not what i'm looking for!

have you tried ac content? I registered with them last year but I actually just started posting this month, you can view a sample submission here

It's free to register and you can choose between submitting your writing for upfront payment or payment based on performance (page views) Even If you don't sign with them you can search through some very good articles listing all the best submission sites. I know you said no forums...but I really think you won't be disappointed if you joined the Accentuate Writers Forum , at "http://www.accentuateservices.com/xmb/ some of the best writers are over there to offer advice, support and content promotion...I've gotten tons of help just reading the info...and I have been writing for a while and they have been a tremendous help...hope this helps
