what are some good rules to try to get a dirt bike?

ok so i am trying to get my mom and dad to let my buy a dirt bike and i need some good rules! please help me thanks
 
Work hard, Save your money, buy your bike and when you bring it home say " Hi Mom & Dad, like my new dirt bike."? worked for me
 
if moneys the issue you might have to get a job and buy one or they will get u one for Christmas. If they are worried about safety take a training course get a helmet and a bike that is not too big. Also tell them that it is actually safer to ride a dirt bike than a quad.
 
First don't expect them to just all out buy you one try for a good used one, most the time you can find one with exhaust and all the extras for a really good price, try to make sure its a four stroke so the rebuild won't be as bad as a 2 stroke, and promise them you will always ride with protective gear helmet boots gloves etc., and ride responible no stupid stuff just good clean riding.
