What are some good outdoor games for girls ages 4-8?

My friend and I have a camp at my house and it is for girls ages 4-8. The theme is Fun In The Sun/Underwater and will be outside. There won't be a pool and we can't have any games that involve water. Does anyone have some good ideas for some fun and dry crafts and games?
 
Playing With Sprinklers, but some crafts at a craft store have then make there own visors and decorate the hats, buy some chalk and let then create there own drawings.
