I am a 20 yr old female. 5'6, 115 lbs. I used to be 135 and have started with changing my nutrition around. I stopped drinking carbonated/sugary drinks like soda and cut out caffeine altogether about three months ago and the weight just fell off. Tons more fruits and veggies, etc. I do not eat fast food anymore, either. I am pretty happy with my body image but I need to get tone. What are some good home exercises that I could start with? I have a pretty flat stomach as most of my weight was in my thighs. I wouldn't mind having abs and I really need to work on my upper body strength. I have ridden horses all of my life so all of my strength is in my legs. I have been jogging a little, but I want to do more. Would crunches/sit ups/push ups be beneficial to me? What kind of regimen would you guys recommend? I can dedicate about 30 mins to an hour every night to exercise. I would like to exercise 7 days a week. Also, should I eat before or after exercising?
