Creative themes please. Looking for themes other than: Candy, Luau, Hollywood/Oscars, and Casino. Something that is also reasonable in price and would appeal to both genders.
~A night in the city: new york theme. we had broadway/movie posters on one wall. another we covered in grafitti. another wall had cardboard cut-outs of buildings to make a skyline. We had a sitting area that was called "central park" with some greenery and fake trees. We had lots of stars hanging from the ceiling.
That was probably the best themed dance i've been to. I hope I helped, good luck!
