its lacrosse season again! i love lacrosse and i am usually really in shape and ready to go! but in november i broke my growth plate in my ankle and that put me out of basketball..and caused problems up until february. i never bothered to get off my lazy ass and get back into shape, and now that lacrosse has started, im feeling the effects. its not like im super duper overweight, imright where i should be, but my endurence SUCKS. what are some exercises that increase endurance, other than the obvious running? what are some things that also tone butt/thighs? thankkk you!
