What are some good exercises? And is this a good workout routine?

I got my body fat percentage tested and it turns out I've got too much body fat, so I've been eating healthier, drinking almost all water, and working out. I've been eating 3 times a day with two small snacks, all fairly healthy and small with LOTS of water. Plus I have a workout routine, and I want to know if it's good or not.

Monday is arms-
15 push ups
15 tricep push ups
Also, I have a Bowflex (one of the machines that have a bar hooked to a chain that you pull down, and another that has two handles and you push them up) so I do 3 sets of 15 reps on that
10 reps of 5 types of punches with free weights

Tuesday is legs-
30 squats
40 toe raises
3 sets of 15 reps on the Bowflex (one of the machines that you push a plate thing with your legs, and another that you pull up with, like, your shins)

Wednesday is abs-
I do 40 crunches of 5 different styles of crunches.

Thursday is cardiovascular-
Speed walk or jog for 15 minutes
Bicycle for 30 minutes
Swim (when possible) for 30 minutes to an hour
Box/shadow box for 20 minutes

Friday is mix matched-
15 push ups
30 squats
40 toe raises
40 crunches of each type
Speed walk or jog for 15 minutes

I also do flexibility exercises every day. I don't want to gain a whole bunch of muscle, just lose some fat and gain some muscular endurance. Are there any different exercises I could do? Is this a good plan? Does my diet sound okay? Thanks :) And I'm sorry for the crappy descriptions of the machines, I'm not sure what they're called.
