What Are Some Good Effective At Home Exercises?

I need a good fitness routine. I am running ever other day but I want to throw in some exercises in between those days. I have doing jumping jacks, and/or rope to get my cardio up and then I do some crunches or sit ups, push ups etc. I need something for my lower abs and my back, love handles, and back fat ! My legs arent strong right now its like they lost the will do do anything ! So I am trying to strengthen them up as well as they are really slowing me down on my runs. A lot of my weight is in my thighs, butt, and hips. I would like to cut my stomach down as well. (I am not overweight I am just trying to lose the fat I do have in those areas). I need all the advice you can give me ! As well as diet and calorie intake ! Thanks !
