...lookin stuff)? Even though I'm really young, I wanna be a photographer and I NEED to start practcing. What are some good cameras I could use(not the disbosable cameras).

Technically speaking, if you use a camera to take photographs, you are a photographer.
Get a camera you can afford, add your imagination, stir in a little good luck and take as many photos that your brain will let you interpret until it hurts than go take some more.
